This is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding educationalist who thrives at the "chalkface" of school leadership. We are seeking a Director of Educational Excellence to drive rapid, sustained pedagogical improvement across three London academies. Your mandate is clear: elevate teaching standards, accelerate pupil progress, and ensure every school in the Trust is "Ofsted-ready" at all times.

Your focus will be on the rigorous execution of the School Improvement Cycle. You will conduct deep-dive reviews, analyze performance data, and implement targeted intervention strategies for underperforming areas. A significant portion of your time will be spent providing high-level, bespoke leadership coaching to Headteachers and senior leadership teams, empowering them to drive change within their own settings.

You must possess an encyclopedic knowledge of the current Ofsted inspection framework and a proven track record of moving schools from "Requires Improvement" to "Good," or "Good" to "Outstanding." We are looking for a highly credible, empathetic, yet unyielding leader who can inspire staff to achieve the extraordinary in a high-stakes London environment.

Apart from the obvious, (that we're not actively seeking work, but when we do...) we want to be able to provide clients an instant shortlist with people we have already met and qualified. Hence us focusing on building our our database at the moment
