Adam Pomerenke - Founder
It's always been a dream of mine to start my own company, and after a decade of consulting with blue-chip companies such as BP, Porsche, Discovery Channel, GAME, Post Office and many others, I decided to take the plunge.
I wanted to work with a sector that I really cared about, so my passion could really come through. My first ever (and favourite!) job was a Teaching Assistant. I spent a year teaching children how to read. I loved it.
Finding a way to combine the two paths of my career has been a pleasure and an honour. Working with those whose focus is the betterment of childrens lives gets me up each morning.
Outside of work, I am loving life as a very content Aston Villa fan, I enjoy strategy games such as Chess, Poker and Catan, as well as fooling myself that running 5-10k is sufficient training for an upcoming (October 2026) marathon.
Daily park meetings with our CDO, Ollie, also take up a lot of my time.
Jas Leverton - Education Consultant
I recently retired from a 35 year career in Education, spending the majority of that time as an Executive Headteacher.
I now consult within the Education sector, work as a MAT Board Trustee, and I support Tallented with their Leadership Recruitment when recruiting Education roles.
Liana Jardine - Researcher
My role is to support the searches our clients require with initial outreach and market mapping, as well as assisting in our data gathering for our Diversity reports.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and reading a good book!
