Tallented is working with a 14 sized MAT in London.
In a Trust of this size and geographical spread, protecting the most vulnerable is a highly complex, systemic operation. We are seeking an authoritative Director of Safeguarding to ensure that the Trust’s culture of vigilance is flawless and universally applied.
Your core objective will be standardizing safeguarding practices. You will design, implement, and rigorously oversee standardized safeguarding audits across all 14 academies, ensuring absolute consistency and identifying any areas of vulnerability before they become critical. You will serve as the ultimate point of escalation and expertise for complex, high-risk cases.
Furthermore, you will lead the Trust-wide training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) strategy for safeguarding. You will ensure that every single employee, from site staff to the Board of Trustees, receives cutting-edge training, and you will provide specialized, ongoing supervision and support for the Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) within each school.
FAQ
Why should I apply?
Sure, there are probably better ways to spend 30 minutes, after all, that latest Netflix drama about teenage vampires isn't going to binge itself, but 30 minutes with us could get you a job in the future. Season 4 Episode 21 of Vampire Heights High probably wont...
Why don't you post jobs for clients?
Apart from the obvious, (that we're not actively seeking work, but when we do...) we want to be able to provide clients an instant shortlist with people we have already met and qualified. Hence us focusing on building our our database at the moment
What makes you different to other agencies?
We like to think our candidate centric approach sets us apart from the 'big' HR agencies. We see and treat you as people, and get to know you first when interviewing you.
Also Ollie and Del, Hays ain't got them, now do they?!
Plus, we're like super fun and laid back in our comms...

When will you get me a job?
We're focusing on building out our database at the moment, and will start speaking to clients late November/early December - right before Christmas, the infamously best time to start finding work.
Can I have your dog?
No.
