Tallented is working with a 3 sized MAT on the South Coast.

For this specialized COO position, we are seeking a highly technical, compliance-driven operational leader. While the MAT is currently small, its infrastructure needs are complex. Your core focus will be the rigorous management of the Trust’s physical and digital assets, ensuring absolute compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across the estate.

Estate management and compliance form the cornerstone of this role. You will oversee all capital projects, manage condition improvement funds, and ensure that every inch of the Trust’s property portfolio meets the highest statutory health and safety standards. Furthermore, you will lead a comprehensive overhaul of the Trust’s procurement strategy. By centralizing purchasing and negotiating robust Trust-wide contracts, you will drive economies of scale that can be directly reinvested into the classroom.

Finally, you will be responsible for the modernization of the Trust's IT infrastructure, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures and a digital environment that actively enhances both administration and pedagogy. This is a hands-on, highly accountable role for a professional who thrives in the technical details of organizational management.
