Tallented is working with the Board of Trustees at a 14 sized MAT in London.

This highly prestigious Trust requires a CEO of exceptional caliber to guide it through its next phase of evolution. Leading a 14-school MAT in the capital demands a leader who is as comfortable in the political arena as they are in the boardroom.

Your focus will be twofold: strategic, high-quality growth and profound cultural unification. You will be tasked with identifying new partner schools, conducting forensic due diligence to mitigate risk, and ensuring smooth integrations. Simultaneously, you must act as a political heavyweight, wielding significant stakeholder and political influence to champion the Trust’s interests with local authorities, MPs, and national educational bodies.

Internally, you will be the custodian of the Trust’s soul. You are tasked with cultivating a powerful, unified Trust-wide culture and vision. As the Trust grows, you must ensure that its core values are not diluted, fostering a deep sense of belonging and shared purpose among thousands of staff and students across the London footprint.

Plus, we're like super fun and laid back in our comms...

When will you get me a job?

We're focusing on building out our database at the moment, and will start speaking to clients late November/early December - right before Christmas, the infamously best time to start finding work.
