Tallented is working with the Board of Trustees at a 10 sized MAT on the South Coast.

This is a defining moment for a highly ambitious and commercially astute educational leader. The Board of Trustees has set a clear, aggressive mandate: to double the size of the Trust over the next five years, scaling from 10 to 20 academies. We are seeking a CEO who is a catalyst for sustainable, high-quality growth.

Your primary focus will be architecting and executing a comprehensive growth strategy. This will involve identifying potential partner schools, leading complex negotiations, and managing the intricate due diligence processes required for successful academisation and mergers. You must possess the strategic foresight to scale the Trust’s central services proportionately, ensuring that the operational infrastructure can support a rapidly expanding portfolio without diluting the quality of education.

Beyond structural growth, you will be the chief ambassador for the Trust across the South Coast. You will need to build formidable relationships with the Regional Schools Commissioner (RSC), local authorities, and the Department for Education (DfE). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership, demonstrating not only the ability to manage a multi-million-pound organization but also the pedagogical insight to ensure that every new school integrated into the Trust experiences a tangible uplift in standards.

Apart from the obvious, (that we're not actively seeking work, but when we do...) we want to be able to provide clients an instant shortlist with people we have already met and qualified. Hence us focusing on building our our database at the moment
